MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT

It is Aphelion Cigar Lounge obligation to enforce these rules and regulations. It is the duty of members to know the Aphelion Cigar Lounge rules and regulations and to cooperate with the staff in the enforcement thereof. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of membership may lead to termination of membership (without refund) at the sole discretion of Aphelion Cigar Lounge. 

By entering this agreement, the parties agree to the following terms: 

  • You must be 25 years old or over to lease a humidor and smoke cigars in Aphelion Cigar Lounge.

  • There is a $25 charge to change the wording on your humidor locker.

  • There is a $50 charge for key fob, $50 charge for key replacement.

  • No cigarette smoking in the Aphelion Cigar Lounge.

  • Humidor lockers on Tier 1 and Tier 2 can share up to two members, and if second key is needed there is additional fee of $50. Additional key swipe cost is $50.

  • There are no shared humidor lockers in the Elite room.

  • Elite members are allowed two (2) per day, one complimentary non-alcohol beverage per day and one (1) four (4) hour event per year. (See Owners for details).

  • Payment for membership is due upon signing and is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Memberships are on an annual basis. Your membership is effective on the date you sign and pay for your contract.

  • Aphelion Cigar Lounge reserves the right to refuse service, as well as access to the business, to any person.

  • Any membership charges are automatically processed on the date of purchase throughout the term of this contract. (Ex. Purchasing a box of cigars at a discount rate of 25%. 15% on single cigars.)

  • Aphelion Cigar Lounge reserves the right to amend the contract at any time.

  • Memberships may be suspended or revoked for non-payment of a bill, breach of this contract, misconduct, unpaid fees or failure to adhere to any of the rules, regulations, and policies set forth by Aphelion Cigar Lounge.

  • Members are to comply with all local, state and federal laws. It is Aphelion Cigar Lounge policy that no illegal substances nor materials, nor firearms or weapons of any kind will be put or stored in any of the cigar lockers. The purposes of the lockers are to hold and store legal tobacco products and accessories (i.e. lighters, cigar cutters, ashtrays) that are incidental to cigars.

  • Aphelion Cigar Lounge does not insure nor is responsible for any contents stored in the cigar lockers.

  • Aphelion Cigar Lounge maintains a key to all lockers and we reserve the right to access the lockers at any time necessary by Aphelion Cigar Lounge policy or by law.

  • At the end of the lease contract, if applicate does not renew and does not return all keys to the humidor locker and key fob, there will be a charge on the credit card on file in the amount of $125.
